Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Add or crawl websites you do not own or lack authorization to analyze.
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service, or exceed the limits of your plan by abuse.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the websites and data you connect. As between you and Rankevra, content generated for you through the Service is yours to use, subject to these Terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data and operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you publish it.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to produce text and images. AI output can be inaccurate or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the content you publish is accurate, original enough for your needs, and compliant with applicable laws and any third-party platform rules.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Google, Stripe, WordPress). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any SEO result, ranking, or traffic outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankevra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
